Transcend's DrivePro 550 is a dual-lens dash camera that provides both drivers and passengers with optimum protection. The front lens features a Sony image sensor and wide field of view for capturing crystal-clear Full HD 1080P (30fps) videos, while the 180° rotatable rear lens is equipped with four Infrared LEDs, allowing sharp in-car video recordings at night and in low light conditions.
Sony high-sensitivity image sensor
The DrivePro 550 uses a Sony sensor to capture high-resolution images with superb, rich color even in low light. Its built-in Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology balances the light and dark areas of captured images, ensuring that every critical shot is as clear as possible.
Infrared LEDs for night vision
The rear-lens camera has four infrared LEDs that will automatically turn on in dim light. This greatly improves recording quality, even in pitch-black darkness.
Note: Footage recorded with infrared LEDs will be in grayscale.
The DrivePro 550 features Wi-Fi connectivity that, through the exclusive DrivePro App, allows real-time footage playback and download. This means ease of access to video evidence for reporting incidents to law enforcement and insurance companies without the need to remove the device’s memory card.
The DrivePro 550 has a built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver for geotagging videos and images. With the exclusive DrivePro Toolbox, users can view routes traveled on a map display during video playback, making it easy to establish when and where an event occurred.
A built-in Li-Polymer battery ensures uninterrupted power to the device. The video will continue to be recorded and stored in the event of an accident or when the engine is off.
Stay protected when away
In addition to on-the-road safety, the DrivePro 550 stands sentry when you’re away from your vehicle. When the vehicle is parked, enable parking mode or the time-lapse video recording function. The former activates recording when motion is detected; the latter takes you right to the heart of the matter without needing to view hours of incident-free video.
Note: These two features require an external power supply after the car engine is switched off.
Lane Departure Warning System
Prevents accidents by issuing a warning when a vehicle veers out of a lane.
Forward Collision Warning System
Warns the driver when the vehicle is getting too close to the car ahead.
Shows the current speed, and driver safety alerts including LDWS, FCWS, headlight reminder, and driver fatigue alert.
Automatically activate when the DrivePro detects poor lighting conditions.
Driver fatigue alert
Regularly remind the driver of the need to rest after driving for a preset, driver-determined period of time.
Prevents overwriting of the file being recorded at the time when the G-sensor detects an impact.
DrivePro Toolbox software
In addition to playback, Transcend's DrivePro Toolbox features a sorting function whereby video clips can be easily found by file name, recording date, or group. The DrivePro Toolbox also includes a screenshot function allowing for the capture of a single frame. For DrivePro models with a GPS/GLONASS receiver, the Toolbox can display driving paths on maps while recorded video is being played.

Optional Hardwire Power Cable (micro-USB)
Transcend's hardwire power cable allows users to wire their DrivePro dashcams directly into their vehicle's fuse box. Transcend's hardwire power cable has built-in power protection circuitry to prevent damage to either your vehicle or your DrivePro dashcam in the case of a short circuit or power surge.

- d. For Refrigerator, AC, Gaming chair, and all kind of over weighted product delivery charge will be 100-500+.
Trendy Tracker refund policy only applicable if we are unable to deliver product due to stock out reason or if customer receive any defective or wrong product and his ordered product is not stock in then customer can claim his refund.
For refund policy customer have to follow this rules:
- 1. After delivery the parcel customer need to raise complain through our call center +880 9612 556 556 (9AM-9PM) within 24hours.
- 2. For refund procedure product should be same condition as he received and product should be intact and have to be sealed.
- 3. If number 2 condition is not matched, then trendy-tracker.com will not continue refund procedure.
- 4. For outside courier customer should return his delivered product matched with number 2 above condition to our office delivery and receiving customer parcel we will refund customer amount with proper verification.
Return/ Replacement Policy
Trendy Tracker allows conditional returns or replacement for every items within 3 days after the date of receipt. Items that are damaged, defective, or not as described on the website can be returned within 3 days, and can be repaired or maintained for 1 week from the date of receipt (in some cases 1 month).

You can return this product for a replacement or a refund, within 3 days after receiving your order.
What are the required conditions?
If the product is not same as advertised (For Fashion item (Watch, dress etc) Color can be slightly change due to photography reason); The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and with all seals & tags intact.
If the product is damaged, defective or counterfeit; The product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, tags and free gifts must also be returned.
If any customer claimed damaged or defective Product within 3 days will pick from customer or customer can send to our office address thorugh Sundarbans Courier Service.
After receiving customer product if we found product is defective then trendy tracker will replace that product and we will bear Pick and drop charge. If we found product is not faulty/Defective, then we will send this product to customer and customer have to bear pick and drop charge which is 100 tk.
